Project / Engineering
Objective: Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements and resources.
Essential Functions:
- Main contact for customer on commercial issues.
- Engineering review of jobs, reviewing form, fit and function of components.
- Write change orders as required.
- Answer questions for manufacturing personnel during build.
- Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, conferring with management
- Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, reviewing bids from contractors.
- Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards, completing technical studies, preparing cost estimates.
- Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, sequencing project elements.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems

Work Environment:
This job takes place in a professional office environment. You will routinely use office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, fax machines, and filing cabinets.
Physical Demands:
- Occasional lifting or moving up to 10 pounds.
- Required to sit, stand, walk, use hands for various tasks, talk and hear.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of Auto Cad and Solid Works
- Prior engineering and/or Project Management experience.
