We are currently hiring for the following position:
POSITION TITLE: Landscaping Crew Leader
REPORTS TO: Landscape Production Manager
JOB TYPE: Full-time, Seasonal
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The landscape crew leader is responsible for overseeing landscape crews while assisting in the
constructing, installing and maintaining both commercial and residential outdoor landscapes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Operate truck & trailer
2. Read landscape design/blueprint and measure
3. Lead others and delegate landscape tasks
4. Speaks with clients
5. Oversee basic landscape project from start to finish
6. Upholds to all safety standards, at all times
7. Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. State of Michigan Chauffeur's license required
2. Ability to work in outdoor environment
3. Attention to detail and detail oriented
4. Delivers quality work and services
5. Lift heavy objects for prolonged periods of time
6. Detail oriented
7. Maintain a steady pace throughout day in extreme weather conditions
8. Work collaboratively in a team environment
9. Maintain good attendance and report to work on time everyday
10. Ability to safely and efficiently operate and upkeep minimal maintenance on all
equipment
