This position works collaboratively with Nursing program directors and faculty on the operations of laboratory courses and clinical experiences. The individual will support the active learning instruction and carry out various technical support duties for the Nursing labs, clinicals, and simulation settings. This includes purchasing, inventory management, scheduling, general laboratory duties. This includes but not limited to: collaborating with Director of Nursing for Lab, SIM, and Clinical and faculty of record (FOR) for lab scheduling and set up, maintaining equipment, and proper storage and disposal of materials. The individual will also be responsible for coordinating, validating and gathering agency specific documentation for student and faculty placement at clinical agency sites, by ensuring compliance in ACEMAPP. This position also provides support for Nursing Program related orientations and events. This individual will also coordinate program, curriculum committee, advisory board and accreditation meeting invites, RSVP’s and minutes.
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
