Potential Extension at Reduced CapacityOur client is seeking a Senior 3D Designer with strong Revit experience to support a high-visibility retail rollout pilot program for new retail stores. This is a fully remote contract role focused on speed, accuracy, and execution, not conceptual design development.This opportunity is ideal for a designer who is comfortable translating established retail design standards into site-specific documentation and navigating ambiguity typical of early-stage pilot programs.**Experience using Revit will be required for consideration!Key Responsibilities
- Translate existing retail design standards and brand playbooks into site-specific interior architecture drawing sets
- Produce and update Revit-based documentation, including:
- Construction drawing sets
- SVP cards
- Bid packages
- Apply brand themes consistently and accurately across multiple locations
- Work from existing conditions and adjust documentation accordingly
- Support fast revision cycles across multiple sites
- Coordinate with project management and construction teams throughout the rollout process
- Adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity inherent to a pilot program
Required Qualifications
- Senior-level Designer or experienced junior with strong production experience
- Proven experience working in retail production or rollout programs
- Strong proficiency in Revit (preferred) or other 3D CAD software
- Background in interior architecture and technical documentation
- Experience translating established design standards into executable deliverables
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving details
- Highly detail-oriented with an execution-focused mindset
- Able to work independently in a fully remote setup
Nice to Have
- Experience with fixtures (FF and E or retail fixtures)
- Prior experience supporting large-scale retail rollout programs
Engagement and Project Details
- Initial full-time contract (40 hrs/week) for approximately 3 to 4 months
- Role will support a pilot and early rollout phase
- Potential for extension at a reduced capacity as projects move into construction and closeout
- Due to the nature of a pilot with a new client, some ambiguity is expected. Senior designers comfortable navigating open questions will excel
