What You’ll Do:
• Prepare and execute menu items with consistency and quality
• Help manage kitchen operations and maintain a smooth service flow
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards are met
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and staff coordination as needed
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous line cook experience (kitchen management experience is a plus)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lead by example and stay cool under pressure
• Team player with a positive attitude
