Associate degree in a technical field + 3 years calibration/electrical measurement experience OR
formal calibration training + 4 years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience with electrical instrumentation and calibration equipment
Strong understanding of measurement principles and data analysis
Ability to work independently in customer-facing environments
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with instruments such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and RF analyzers
Experience with automated calibration systems (e.g., MET/CAL, Calibration Executive)
Prior involvement in ISO/IEC 17025 audits
Key Responsibilities
Perform calibration of electrical test and measurement equipment at customer sites and in the lab
Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards and internal quality systems
Interpret and document calibration results and technical data
Support internal and external audits and maintain accreditation standards
Troubleshoot and assist with nonconformance analysis and corrective actions
Perform routine maintenance and intermediate checks on lab equipment
Assist in developing and improving calibration processes and procedures
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to deliver accurate, timely service
Additional Details
Travel is fully covered (32-36 weeks/year, with potential increase)
3-month training period on 1st shift before assignment
