Irrigation Lead - Lowell area
Do you have a passion for leading others, strong problem-solving skills, and an eagerness to
maintain quality and safety standards? This role is responsible for developing/leading team
members and overseeing the successful completion of projects. This position provides a
variety of landscaping work, including grading, hardscaping, irrigation, softscaping,
stormwater management, and turf establishment. Customers include residential and
commercial clients.

Requirements
• 5+ years of landscaping or construction project management experience required.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to our stress-free work environment.
• Ability to read/understand landscaping site plans and communicate with team members.
• Keep company software up to date for projects.
• Ability to lead by example and train others.
• Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended time
