About the Opportunity
CVS Health is hiring a Shift Supervisor to support store leadership, drive daily operations, and deliver excellent customer service. This role is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing store activities and team performance during assigned shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Store Operations
- Supervise store team and assign daily tasks
- Lead store operations in absence of Store Manager/Operations Supervisor
- Execute opening and closing procedures
- Ensure store runs efficiently and meets performance standards
Customer Service
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and complaints
- Promote a positive and welcoming store environment
- Resolve customer issues in line with company policies
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and patient information
Merchandising & Inventory
- Stock shelves and price merchandise
- Execute promotional displays and seasonal resets
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
- Support inventory management and planogram (POG) resets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Retail or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer and analytical skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules (including nights, weekends, and overtime)
