Performance Driven Workforce (PDW) is currently seeking part-time test drivers for hiring safety-minded individuals to join our team as Part-time Evaluation Drivers in the Allen Park area. Whether you're a seasoned professional, a veteran, or a retiree looking for a flexible, rewarding gig - this is your chance to get behind the wheel of the latest pre-production vehicles and help shape the future of automotive innovation. The ideal candidate will possess 2 years of US driving experience with a valid license and a good driving record. Responsibilities of Drivers:
- Test drive pre-production vehicles for an automotive Tier 1 supplier
- Evaluate performance, durability, comfort and vehicle noise abnormalities while providing real-time feedback
- Drive in small groups on pre-planned routes
- Test drivers are not required to have any automotive technical experience
Compensation for Drivers:
- Chauffeur drivers can earn $18/hr. when driving qualified chauffeur vehicles only
- General drivers can earn $14.00/hr. on AM shifts (Monday – Friday)
- General drivers can earn $14.50/hr. on all PM shifts & all Weekend shifts
Shifts:
- AM day shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (Monday- Sunday)
- PM night shift; 4:00 pm - 12:30 am (Monday - Sunday)
- The site operates 7 days/week however, you will only be scheduled based upon your availability
- Flexible scheduling with AM day shifts, PM night shifts and weekend shifts available
Requirements of Drivers:
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and a good driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum 2 years driving experience in the U.S.
- Able to pass a written driving test, read maps and follow directions
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills (in English)
