Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Greet and engage every customer in a friendly, knowledgeable manner
- Recommend products, services, and solutions based on customer needs
- Promote store programs, promotions, and loyalty initiatives
Store Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment
- Support merchandising, signage, and inventory processes
- Assist with freight, stocking, and inventory replenishment
Print & Technology Support
- Learn and support print services and technology product offerings
- Complete training and certifications related to store services
- Assist customers with print and tech solutions
Sales & Compliance
- Apply sales techniques to drive revenue and customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures
- Support daily store operations and team initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- No prior experience required (entry-level role)
- Basic computer and technology skills
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
