About the Opportunity
The ODP Corporation is seeking a Retail Team Lead to support store operations, drive sales, and deliver a customer-focused experience across products, technology, print, and services. This role blends leadership, sales, and operational responsibilities in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Experience
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver “total solutions”
- Drive sales across products, technology, furniture, and print services
- Coach associates to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement
- Support community outreach and customer retention initiatives
Print Services Operations
- Operate and support print production equipment
- Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time
- Coordinate service needs across store departments
Store Operations & Efficiency
- Process merchandise and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Support inventory control, logistics, and loss prevention efforts
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability
Leadership (Key Carrier / Leader on Duty)
- Open and close the store as needed
- Ensure store safety and security
- Monitor performance metrics and support team productivity
- Assist with cash handling audits and compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1–3 years of retail, sales, or customer service experience
- Basic computer and POS system skills
- Experience in print services (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
