A nationally recognized plaintiff's personal injury firm is seeking Pre-Suit Attorneys to join its growing personal injury practice. This role is ideal for attorneys seeking to become part of a trial-team and trial lawyer, or who prefer to build a long-term career focused on pre-litigation advocacy and resolution. The attorney will handle all aspects of pre-suit demands and case management, driving strong client outcomes across personal injury matters. Responsibilities: * Day-to-day handling of pre-litigation personal injury matters * Guiding clients through the pre-suit process and managing expectations * Drafting pre-litigation documents and demand packages * Overseeing settlement negotiations and the release approval process * Completing liability and flips to litigation approvals * Managing and mentoring a team of case managers * Handling EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements Qualifications: * Law degree from an accredited law school * Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state * Demonstrated interested in or experience with personal injury matters * Ability to manage a high-volume pre-suit caseload * Strong client communication, leadership, and organizational skills * Self-starter with an interest in long-term growth, either in pre-suit or trial work If you are interested in and qualified for this Pre-Suit Personal Injury Attorney role, please submit a resume to apply today!
