You will translate global concepts into effective regional processes, implement strategies tailored to Mexico, USA and Canada, and drive business success by attracting, identifying, and securing the best talent for the region. You will ensure an outstanding candidate experience, oversee all key initiatives, and act as a strategic partner to the business. In this role, you will guide regional stakeholders, maintain strong collaboration with the global CoE, and steer continuous improvement in processes, tools, governance, and talent broking activities. Your Experience & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field * 5 years of progressive experience in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding * Experience with modern Talent Acquisition tools & processes * Experience in implementing international projects including deriving concepts from HR strategy * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills * Experience with SuccessFactors and PeopleDoc preferred * Organization and problem-solving skills * Hands-on, proactive, and service-oriented mindset * Social media and digital recruiting expertise * Ability to align regional initiatives with global brand, compliance, and communication standards Our Offering We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal & career development opportunities.
