CNB is looking for a qualified, motivated, and client- and team-focused individual to join our team as an ON-SITE Regional Banking Center Officer for our Jackson County Offices in Michigan. This position will be based out of our Jackson Spring Arbor Rd. location in Jackson, Michigan.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to Branch Managers within the assigned region
- Set clear expectations for sales, service, operational compliance, and overall branch performance
- Implement regional strategies to achieve growth targets in deposits, consumer lending, and profitability.
- Monitor branch operations, including cash management, audits, and risk mitigation practices
- Track branch-level metrics such as loan growth, deposit retention, and overall financial performance
- Engage with local business leaders, municipalities, and civic organizations to strengthen relationships
- Collaborate with internal business partners to deepen client relationships and expand product penetration
- Promote a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and security awareness
- Serve as a liaison between branch locations and support teams to ensure alignment and resolve operational challenges.
- May perform various other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field, or combination of equivalent education experience
- Minimum of eight years of relevant experience
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a rural or small-market banking
