We’re hiring a Full-Time Medical Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced outpatient clinic—providing hands-on patient care and supporting a collaborative care team.

As a Medical Assistant in a clinic setting, you will support both clinical and front office workflows to keep patient care running smoothly:

• Room patients, take vitals, and document in EMR
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, and patient flow
• Perform basic lab and diagnostic testing
• Triage calls and support patient communication
• Schedule appointments, referrals, and follow-ups
• Administer medications (oral and injectable)
• Support patient education and care instructions
• Maintain supplies, logs, and clinical equipment
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment
• Work cross-functionally in both front office and back office duties

Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program OR
  6+ months of Medical Assistant experience in a clinical setting

Experience

• Experience in a clinic, outpatient, or physician office setting preferred
• Experience with EMR systems preferred

Certifications

• CMA or RMA certification preferred

Skills

• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Comfortable supporting diverse patient populations
