The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for accurately pulling sold parts from inventory, performing quality control checks, packaging orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse/backroom. This role requires strong parts knowledge and attention to detail to ensure customers receive the correct parts in proper condition and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull sold parts from warehouse inventory based on pick tickets or system orders
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and condition prior to fulfillment
- Apply parts knowledge to ensure correct items are selected and fulfilled
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure parts meet company standards
- Package sold parts securely to prevent damage during shipping or delivery
- Label and stage completed orders for shipment or customer pickup
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and backroom areas
- Properly store inventory and return rejected or unsold parts to designated locations
- Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect parts promptly
- Follow warehouse safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of automotive parts and part identification
- Warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 75 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
