Position: RN
Schedule:
- .8 FTE
- 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM Monday through Thursday
- Secondary call 12AM-8AM
- NO WEEKENDS
- Off every Friday from 8AM to Monday at 4PM

What You’ll Do:
- Visit patients in their home setting—wherever they call home
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered hospice care
- Manage symptoms, educate families, and provide holistic support
- Collaborate with a deeply committed team that values your voice and autonomy

Current Michigan RN License required at time of hire.
