OBJECTIVE:
To deliver exceptional caregiving services that promote independence and enhance the quality of life for clients, allowing them to remain in the comfort of their own homes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Personal Care Support:

  • Assist clients with walking and light exercise to maintain mobility.
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care.

• Meal Preparation and Nutrition:

  • Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals.
  • Ensure kitchen and dining areas are cleaned and sanitized after meals.

• Household Assistance:

  • Make beds, change bed linens, and maintain a clean living environment.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as dusting and vacuuming.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens to ensure a safe, hygienic space.
  • Assist with laundry, folding, and organization of clothes.

• Medication and Health Monitoring:

  • Provide medication reminders to ensure timely administration.

• Errands and Transportation:

  • Run errands as directed by management (e.g., grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions).
  • Provide incidental transportation using either the client's or caregiver's vehicle.

• Sleep-Over Care (if applicable):

  • Assist clients with getting in and out of bed throughout the night.
  • Provide support as needed during overnight hours.
  • Prepare and clean up after morning meals.
  • Launder sheets and bedding as required.
