Join a growing team supporting bproauto, Stellantis's innovative entry into the global automotive aftermarket. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IAM Buyer to drive strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to procure high-quality automotive parts at competitive pricing
Manage end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with project milestones
Build and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships to support long-term partnerships
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance related to quality, cost, and delivery
Identify and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining product quality and compliance
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support sourcing decisions and product positioning
Ensure adherence to procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
Lead cross-functional collaboration to support product development and aftermarket growth initiatives
Analyze procurement data and provide reporting on cost savings and performance metrics
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
Strong background in supplier negotiation, sourcing strategy, and cost analysis
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from concept to completion
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
