Group/DivisionThe KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.
Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
System Configuration & Feature Management
Configuration of planning parameters and business logic within the service inventory planning system related to demand forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment and supply processes
Identify and document requirements for enhancements and work with internal and external teams to complete successful development and implementation
Evaluate the impact of configuration changes on downstream planning, execution, and reporting, and communicate impacts clearly to stakeholders
Business Analysis
Perform ad hoc analytics using a variety of tools and data sources
Define and/or develop analytical tools in PowerBI and other data visualization technologies
Identify opportunities to enhance data reporting landscape
Testing, Validation & Continuous Improvement
Design and execute functional testing for configuration changes, new features, and enhancements.
Validate planning outputs against business expectations and realworld results.
Identify opportunities to simplify configurations, standardize logic, and improve system usability and scalability.
Documentation & Communication
Maintain clear documentation of system configuration, planning logic, assumptions, and data design
Support knowledge transfer, training, and enablement for business users and partners
Act as a subject matter expert for the service inventory planning system
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline
Experience with service inventory planning systems such as Prophet by Baxter Planning, PTC SPM or equivalent
Handson experience configuring or supporting forecasting, inventory optimization, or supply operations in a service environment
Experience translating business requirements into system logic, parameters, or configurations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets
Proficiency with Excel and analytical tools; experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
Understanding of inventory planning concepts such as demand forecasting, inventory optimization, service levels, transactional automation and reporting
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
Base Pay Range: $90,400.00 - $153,700.00 Annually
