Position Overview
PCI is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service Representative to support our customers and internal teams. In this role, you will assist with product inquiries, guide customers through product selection and applications, process quotes and orders, and help promote PCI’s full product and service offerings. Key Responsibilities
- Direct customer inquiries to appropriate departments or team members.
- Assist customers with product selection, applications, and service information.
- Support quote and order processing with accuracy and attention to detail.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
