- Maintain accurate inventory records through the cycle count process and investigate discrepencies.
- Implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and reduce wast.
- Oversee the counter, receiving, warehouse, and transfer operations.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately and timely.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOP'S) for all counter and warehouse activities.
- Partner with management in training counter associates and implementing standardized cross training of all warehouse associates.
- Supervise counter and warehouse associates ensuring associates adhere to company policies.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols tomaintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for associates.
- Optimize warehouse layput and space utilization for efficient storagr and retrieval of goods.
- Analyze data aand performance of associates to identify trends. inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Teams.
- Good working knowledge of Infor SXE
