Our ideal candidate will be resourceful, tech savvy, and have outstanding relationship building and interpersonal communication skills. \n\nIn-Office Expectations for Market Team Operations \n\nThis is a primarily in-person role, with the expectation that you are onsite during core business hours minimum of 4 days per week (up to 5 days per week), depending on business needs. \n\nWhile some flexibility may be available, you must be proactive and responsive to onsite needs, with the ability to arrive early, stay late, or adjust hours as required to support events, office operations, vendor coordination, catering, and other in-person logistics. \n\nJob Summary\n\nA Lead delivers high quality work to meet broader team, project, or program objectives. They develop intermediate Team Operations knowledge and skills that enables them to make recommendations to improve existing processes and explore innovative solutions, enabling others to deliver high quality work as well. \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Support the creation of the strategy and vision for all Market programs, including recognition, connection/people experience, internal, community, onboarding and communications \n * Create and actively manage budgets, expenses, and invoicing \n * Partner with Marketing, Business Operations, and other team members within the Market, Region, and/or Capabilities \n * Support the execution of Senior Managing Director's Market vision \n * Adapt and implement any processes or needs at an Office level from the various Global Services and Executive Programs Teams (when applicable) \n * Deliver complex work to meet functional or program objectives and drive efficiencies and improvements \n * Ability to support the development of advanced Team Operations knowledge and skills to innovative high-quality solutions \n * Plan, oversee, document, and educate on all aspects of the projects you are managing; host "after-action reviews" to ensure continuous improvement. \n * Support special projects as needs arise (ad-hoc basis) \n * Build relationships with other operations teams to foster communication, share best practices, and learn from one another \n * Serve as one of the Market's "Purchasing Super Users" - utilizing company credit card for office and event-related purchases, reconciling all expenses monthly, updating budget trackers, submitting requisitions and invoices via Oracle \nFront Desk/Reception\n\n * Demonstrates a high level of reliability and accountability in maintaining a consistent and visible presence in the office \n * Acts as a key onsite point of contact, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for employees, guests, and vendors \n * Provide front desk/reception coverage for local Office during business (or extended event) hours, up to 5 days / week \n * Greet internal team members and external visitors, manage office and building access/badging, provide parking validation, handle all in-office mail and shipping. \n * Liaison between Slalom and property management which includes submitting maintenance requests, disseminating building information, coordinating building conference room rentals, and provisioning building and parking access \nEvent and Meeting Support\n\n * Support internal office meetings and events in the office, including but not limited to coordinating presentation content (deck), scheduling, room preparation, food/beverage orders, supplies, set up, and teardown \n * Partner with teams and leadership to create impactful team events that promote engagement and our culture \n * Maintain office events and meetings calendar \nEmployee Experience & Culture\n\n * Support and execution of Market Recognition (ex. birthdays, anniversaries, milestones, life events, gifting, etc.) as outlined in the Guide to Life (employee handbook) \n * Support and execution of Awards Programs (ex. Quarterly Awards - nomination and selection process, gifting) \nNew Hire Onboarding\n\n * Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, People Leaders, IT, and Welcome Program to support new hires \n * Support New Hire Orientation, including scheduling, updating presentations, and facilitation. (if applicable) \nSpecial Projects\n\n * May be asked to support various special projects / events as needed for the Office or Market, Capabilities Teams, People Business Partners, Global Services, etc. \nCommunications\n\n * Manage Market communication channels/tools.
