Job Description:
The Central Delivery Office is seeking a Sr. IT Infrastructure Technical Product/Project Manager to support our Platform Transformation and lead delivery of EPEO OKRs. This role is responsible for owning value streams and complex cross-functional projects, ensuring end-to-end delivery of high-value infrastructure initiatives.
You will play a central role in project lifecycle management, portfolio operations, value delivery, and customer-focused roadmap planning. Ideal candidates are ambitious, proactive, and driven to lead in a dynamic environment where initiative and excellence are highly valued.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, including:
- Detailed timing plans
- Execution management
- Progress tracking
- Issue and risk resolution
- Cross-functional dependency coordination
- Stakeholder management
- Status reporting
- Partner with Platform teams to prioritize features for PI Planning.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with stakeholders during feature definition and delivery.
- Identify and drive resolution of cross-team impediments.
- Participate in Demand Planning and Customer Research to shape future work.
- Interface with external teams to gather requirements and collaborate with technical leads.
- Own the customer value components of the roadmap and ensure alignment with portfolio vision.
- Facilitate PI Planning sessions and provide clear progress updates.
- Understand, visualize, and manage upstream and downstream dependencies.
- Promote continuous improvement using feedback loops and performance metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc.).
- Support the Service-to-Platform Transformation, including leadership training and product-oriented coaching.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field — or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of progressive experience spanning technologies, platforms, or processes (e.g., Release Train Engineer, Product Manager, Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer).
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex IT projects, including software development and infrastructure implementations.
- Proficiency with Jira and Microsoft 365.
Preferred
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- PMP and/or SAFe certifications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and stakeholder audiences.
- Experience working with global technology teams.
- Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner for Infrastructure Technology Products such as:
- Network
- Platform Engineering
- Google Cloud
- Monitoring
- Containers as a Service
- Security tools (SIEM, SOAR, IAM, XDR, etc.)
- Broad execution management and leadership capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery, software development, and IT infrastructure.
