We are looking for an experienced Life Enrichment Assistant (Activities Assistant) to work in our 5-star healthcare facility in Monroe, Michigan. The Life Enrichment Assistant is responsible to assist the Activities Director in developing, organizing and implementing the activities programs for the residents, assist in programming a monthly activities calendar, assist in resident assessments and record keeping, attend meetings, in-services and workshops as directed and drive fleet vehicles as needed. This full-time position will work 9:00am – 5:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Previous experience as an Activities Assistant, trained and certified for therapeutic activities, or comparable experience with the elderly. Activities Assistant

Possess sight/hearing senses, or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately so the requirements of this position can be fully met.
