In this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic support group responsible for maintaining and continually improving the Bureau’s Quality Assurance and Training functions.
Our analysts take on a wide range of responsibilities, including:
• Collaborating and communicating with staff across the Bureau
• Researching and presenting new performance metrics
• Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
• Supporting quality assurance initiatives and training efforts
Knowledge of Treasury systems and applications is recommended, however, not required.
