Stuga North Veterinary Care is seeking an experienced, outgoing, and organized individual to join our customer service team. This role involves managing our veterinary scheduling software, operating a multi-line phone system, and providing exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment. A basic understanding of animal behavior and health is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow.
- Operate a multi-line phone system professionally.
- Greet clients and assist with check-in/check-out.
- Maintain accurate client and patient records.
- Handle payments and general administrative tasks.
- Support the veterinary team with clear, timely communication.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience required; veterinary/medical experience preferred.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Friendly, professional demeanor and comfort around animals.
- Computer proficiency; scheduling software experience a plus.
