The Store Associate supports the mission of St. Vincent de Paul by providing excellent customer service, maintaining clean and organized sales floors, processing merchandise, and contributing to a welcoming environment for all customers, donors, and volunteers. · Assists with processing and preparing donations for the sales floor
3. Store Standards, Safety & Cleanliness
· Maintains a clean, safe, and organized sales floor
· Completes assigned housekeeping checklists
· Keeps the checkout area clean and orderly
· Returns carts and equipment to designated areas
· Follows safety procedures for lifting, equipment use, and store operations

· Works collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and community service workers

5. Operational Support

Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED preferred
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Ability to perform basic math
· Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed

Physical Requirements
· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
· Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
