What You’ll Do
Recreation Leaders create a fun, structured, and welcoming environment for youth participating in PLAY in the Park.
Responsibilities include:

Planning and leading games, sports, crafts, and enrichment activities

Supervising participants and promoting inclusion and positive social interaction

Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in the program

Maintaining equipment and supplies

Completing attendance records and required reports
-
Supporting a respectful and positive program environment

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED

At least one year of experience working with children (or equivalent combination of training and experience)

Valid driver’s license

Strong communication and leadership skills

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
