Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must have valid, suitable driving record and ability to Adhere to Use of Company Vehicle policy/procedure.
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to successfully interact with employees/vendors/contractors and clients/participants.
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with tenants, vendors, employees and visitors.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs., work from heights; climb ladders frequently kneel bend and twist
Qualifications:
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Demonstratable ability in working with individuals affected by Alzheimer’s Disease, or other related dementias, and cognitive impairments.
- Must be responsible and work well with others.
- Experienced in working with the elderly, disabled or dementia patients is preferred.
- Ability to complete multiple duties and tasks correctly and on time without being prompted.
- Have a Chauffeurs License, or ability to receive a Chauffeurs License
- CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain.
- CPI Certified preferred or willing to obtain similar training.
