Job Title: Production Floor Assembler
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $16–$18 per hour (based on experience)
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team on the production floor. This full-time role involves hands-on work assembling electronic products, with tasks ranging from soldering and parts preparation to packaging and hardware mounting.
While prior experience with electronic assemblies or soldering is a plus, it’s not required—we’re happy to train the right person. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, focused, and comfortable performing both repetitive tasks and a variety of light assembly duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electronic components according to provided schematics, parts lists, and visual references
- Perform soldering and/or assist in other aspects of the assembly process (e.g., parts prep, packaging, mounting hardware)
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail to meet product specifications
- Follow instructions and complete tasks independently
- Collaborate as needed with a small, close-knit team
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We’re Looking For:
- Preferred but not required: Experience with soldering or working with electronics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Patience and focus for repetitive or detail-oriented tasks
- Flexible and willing to assist in various roles on the production floor
- Comfortable working independently in a quieter, less social environment
