Job Title: Warranty Prior Approval Analyst
Location: Allen Park, MI.
Position Summary:
The Interior/Exterior Prior Approval Analyst reports directly to the IEPA Team Leader and is responsible for providing Interior/Exterior prior approval to OEM Dealers.
Required Qualification:
High School Diploma or equivalent
ASE certifications
Hands-on Diagnostic and Repair experience, or service writer experience
Proficient computer and writing skills
Duties and responsibilities:
Respond to Technical Assistance Center contacts promptly, courteously, and logically with complete and accurate information.
Interface with dealer service management, service writers, technicians, and internal activities through online forms and phone calls.
Prepare Internal Service Messages (ISM) that contain current and accurate information to address and resolve dealer and/or customer concerns.
Warranty decisions must adhere to the current Warranty and Policy Manual.
