The Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader is responsible for working on a crew of one to two team members. The crew installs landscape projects such as planting trees and shrubs; property renovations; seeding and sodding lawns; and other related landscape installation services.
Daily activities include the installation of:
- Planting beds
- Trees and shrubs
- Seeded and sodded lawns
- Mulch, stone, landscape fabric, etc.
- Drainage
- Annual color displays
- Other related landscape projects.
Experience:
- Landscape construction
- Working knowledge of horticultural practices
- Irrigation Repair and Maintenance
- 1+ years experience in leading a crew
Candidate must have a desire to complete projects on time and within budget while meeting Naylor Landscape Managements quality standards and ability to work with team members, vendors and clients in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
Licenses:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Drivers License
- Chauffeurs license

Job Type: Full-time Seasonal with opportunity for full time year-round based on
qualifications and job performance.
Offered compensation: $23/hr - $27/hr
