Job Description

Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on steel, stainless, aluminum, and galvannealed materials
Produce clean, structurally sound welds; able to complete cosmetic finishing (grind/sand).
Fabricate parts from engineering drawings with minimal supervision.
Handle layout and fit-up for sheet metal and structural components.
Operate CNC press brake, CNC turret punch press, and sheet metal shear.
Maintain tight dimensional accuracy (± .01").
Inspect work using standard measurement tools.
Assemble components into final subassemblies.
Keep work area organize
Train/mentor junior team members.
Collaborate with engineering/production to resolve issues.
