- Stays informed about policy/practice updates via huddles, bulletins, email, intranet, and meetings.
- Completes mandatory education and competency assessments by deadlines.

Customer Service Responsibilities
Demonstrate excellent customer service and standards of behaviors as well as encourages, coaches, and monitors the same in team members. This individual should consistently promote teamwork and direct communication with co-workers and deal discretely and sensitively with confidential information.

Essential Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- BLS (American Heart Association) for Healthcare Providers - current or within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English (including use of communication devices).
- Ability to follow written, oral, and diagram instructions; understand 24-hour/military time.
- Customer service skills; professional, courteous demeanor.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask; problem-resolution skills.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, extended hours, and in inclement weather as role demands.
- If assigned to driving duties:
- Valid driver’s license in state of employment.
- Meets fleet insurance requirements (e.g., no OWI/OWVI and ≤4 points).
- Chauffeur license preferred on hire; required within first 2 weeks of employment (if role includes driving).
Preferred Job Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Previous experience as a nurse technician/nursing assistant, hospital transport, hospital security/law enforcement, or healthcare customer service.
- Computer proficiency.
