Shift: Monday - Saturday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM [OR] 6:00 PM to 6:00AM
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Contract Period: Temporary 1-3 Months

Position Responsibilities - Production Operator
- Prepare final products for shipping and distribution
- Safely handle and carry glass pieces of various sizes, shapes, and thickness weighing up to 80 lbs
- Lift and move racks/box lids weighing 20–40 lbs repetitively
- Execute daily run schedules, resolve quality issues, and escalate unresolved issues
- Participate in team goal-setting and job assignments to support continuous improvement
- Operate and troubleshoot production equipment
- Conduct required quality checks and inspections to ensure product specifications are met
- Wear all required PPE (safety shoes, glasses, sleeves, earplugs, dust masks, respirators, etc.)
Position Qualifications - Production Operator
Required:
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with safety protocols
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must be able to work in high temp work environment
Preferred:
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- 1+ years of machine operator experience
- Preventive and predictive maintenance experience
