Summary\n\nProvides professional services delivery as related to infrastructure consulting, design, implementation, configuration and knowledge transfer to Logicalis clients. Acts as technical lead and provides subject matter expertise and implementation guidance to clients.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\n * Performs implementations of overall solutions for customers, including development of solution designs, implementation plans and documentation. \n\n * Develops Logicalis standards for scoping, documentation, and implementations.\n\n * As a subject matter expert, provides guidance, assistance and recommendations to determine new technical services and solutions for client's business\n\n * Leads project teams to deliver successful implementations.\n\n * Performs expert integration and customized consulting services.\n\n * Satisfies client technology services and solution requirements using best practices to:\n\n * Design\n\n * Plan\n\n * Implement\n\n * Validate and Test\n\n * Document\n\n * Provide Knowledge Transfer\n\n * Troubleshoot\n\n * Support\n\n * Works directly with client to gather requirements, design solutions, build proof of concepts and implementations solutions.\n\n * Delivers consultative-based knowledge transfer and documentation to Logicalis' clients.\n\n * Works with RMO and PMO in scheduling and managing engagements.\n\n * Works with Logicalis' clients to perform assessments, health checks, performance tests, and capacity planning.\n\n * Responsible for product evaluation, process improvement, and practice refinement activities on occasion.\n\n * Establishes relationships with clients by demonstrating strong listening skills.\n\n * Builds credibility and trust by delivering what has been promised within established timeframes.\n\n * Maintains focus on client satisfaction and expectation management.\n\n * Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.\n\n * Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.\n\n * Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.\n\nSupervisory Responsibilities \n\nThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.\n\nQualifications \n\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\n\nEducation/Experience//Technical Requirements/Certifications \n\nEquivalent combination accepted.\n\nEducation:\n\n * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.\n\nExperience / Technical Requirements\n\n * 8+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions, including design, consulting, implementation, migration, and support in mid-market and enterprise environments, with demonstrated strength in:\n\n * Identity & Access (Microsoft Entra ID): tenant identity configuration, authentication methods, Conditional Access, MFA/SSPR, identity governance concepts, and hybrid identity integration where applicable; including Active Directory and on-premises implementations and migrations.\n\n * Endpoint Management (Microsoft Intune): device enrollment and management across Windows and mobile platforms; configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment, and endpoint security management.\n\n * Microsoft 365 Core Workloads: Exchange Online and hybrid messaging, Microsoft Teams (including governance and administration), SharePoint Online/OneDrive, and related M365 tenant administration and service integration.\n\n * Security, Compliance & Data Protection: Microsoft Purview capabilities (information protection/DLP/retention concepts), and familiarity with Microsoft Defender components relevant to Modern Workplace projects.\n\n * Migrations & Tooling: Microsoft 365 migrations (Exchange/identity/content), and experience with tools such as Quest On Demand Migration, MigrationWiz, and ShareGate (as applicable to project scope).\n\n * Automation: strong PowerShell scripting skills for administration, migration, reporting, and operational efficiency.\n\n * Consultative delivery: requirements gathering, solution design, documentation (LLD/as-built), stakeholder communication, risk identification, and knowledge transfer.\n\nCertifications\n\n * Two or more of the following:\n\n * Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)\n\n * Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700)\n\n * Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate (SC-401)\n\n * Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)\n\n * Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)\n\nOther Skills and Abilities \n\n * Excellent written and verbal skills; confidently and professionally interacts with external clients and internal teams.\n\n * Ability to consult with client in-depth to ascertain and define need or requirements for the scope of work required to obtain solution.\n\n * Self-starter with excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills.\n\n * Outstanding time and prioritization management; multitasks to accommodate requests from multiple clients and internal requests.\n\n * Outstanding problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills.
