Position Summary
The Nursing Research Program Manager provides leadership and mentorship for Bronson’s nursing research program. This role supports nurse-led research, evidence-based practice initiatives, and Magnet® readiness efforts while helping align research priorities with organizational goals.
You’ll collaborate with nursing leadership, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to strengthen research infrastructure and promote scholarly excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of nursing research and evidence-based practice projects

Assist with research protocols, IRB submissions, and regulatory documentation

Mentor nurses in research methods, data interpretation, and dissemination

Facilitate research education, workshops, and journal clubs

Help support Magnet® program documentation and initiatives

Coordinate communication and promote a culture of inquiry
Qualifications
Required:
-
Current Michigan RN license
-
Doctorate degree (PhD or DNP)

Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience

Knowledge of research methods and IRB processes
Preferred:
-
Magnet® program experience
-
Research certification (CCRP, CCRC, etc.)

Experience with evidence-based practice or quality improvement
Schedule
Part-Time | 32 hours per week | First Shift
