1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $16.50/hr
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $18.50/hr
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $17.75/hr
? What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to production processes
- Comfortable working near industrial ovens while following safety procedures
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills for tracking and inputting production data
- Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
?? What You’ll Do
- Prepare materials by placing fiber blankets into ovens according to specifications.
- Monitor heating cycles to ensure proper temperature and timing.
- Operate water injection systems to remove excess material.
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
- Label and document finished goods for inventory and shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
