Dialog Direct, a Qualfon Company, is a high-performance organization with a mission to help change lives. We are seeking aVice President of Business Developmentto lead revenue growth for our3PL product fulfillment and eCommerce services, selling directly to brands and organizations that require scalable, tech-enabled fulfillment solutions.
This role is focused onnew logo acquisition, targeting companies that outsourceorder fulfillment, warehousing, kitting, returns, and omni-channel distribution.

Full-time employees are eligible to receive paid time off (PTO) benefits based on the Company's current paid time off policies and in accordance with applicable state law. Compensation:this position will be paid on a salaried basis with a pay range between $120,000 - $150,000 annually depending on prior experience. This base pay is subject to all applicable statutory deductions and authorized withholdings as required by law. This base pay is also subject to any authorized deductions to contribute toward the employee's portion of benefits premiums and/or 401(k) contributions.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute ago-to-market strategyfor 3PL product fulfillment, with a strong emphasis oneCommerce, DTC, subscription, health & beauty, pharmaceutical, and social commerce brands.
Sell end-to-end3PL fulfillment solutionsdirectly to decision-makers including founders, COOs, Heads of Operations, Supply Chain, and eCommerce leaders.
Leadcomplex, consultative sales cyclesinvolving multi-site warehousing, order management, shipping, kitting, reverse logistics, and value-added services.
Own the full sales lifecycle including:
Prospecting and lead generation
Discovery and needs assessment
Solution design and pricing collaboration
Proposal development and executive presentations
Contract negotiation and close
Navigate internal and external stakeholders to align operations, technology, and pricing resources required to win and onboard new clients.
Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth post-sale handoff and resolve post-proposal or onboarding issues.
Maintain strong pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy using Salesforce.
Qualifications
5+ years of successful new-business sales experiencein3PL, fulfillment, logistics, or eCommerce operations.
Proven track record sellingproduct fulfillment solutions, including:
Warehousing and inventory management
Pick/pack/ship
Kitting, bundling, and sampling
Returns and reverse logistics
Strong understanding ofeCommerce fulfillment models, including:
DTC and subscription commerce
Social commerce (TikTok Shop, Facebook, Instagram)
Marketplace fulfillment
Deep understanding ofhow brands evaluate and select 3PL partners, including service levels, scalability, technology, and cost.
Experience sellingmulti-site and multi-service solutions, not transactional freight or brokerage only.
Proficiency withSalesforceand Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiarity withZoomInfo, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigatorpreferred.
Ability to translate fulfillment performance intoROI, speed-to-market, and customer experience impactfor clients.
Self-directed, resilient, and comfortable prospecting in competitive, fast-moving markets.
Strong executive presence and communication skills.
