The Michigan Department of Treasury is seeking a dynamic Outreach Communications Analyst to join our Office of Communications team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Outreach Efforts: Coordinate and present educational programs at Treasury-hosted events (in-person, virtual, and hybrid), stakeholder presentations, and trainings.
• Develop Communication Materials: Create and review educational and informational content, press releases, web content, and presentations to ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct research on Treasury policies, state laws, and best practices; analyze feedback and metrics to improve outreach initiatives.
• Event Planning: Organize logistics for seminars and outreach events, including venue coordination and technology setup.
• Accessibility & Inclusion: Ensure all materials meet ADA and plain language standards for diverse audiences.
• Data Tracking: Collect and evaluate customer satisfaction data and other performance metrics.
