CNB is looking for a qualified, motivated, and client-focused, individual to join our team ON-SITE as a File Maintenance Representative at our Hillsdale location or Spring Arbor Village Crossing office in Spring Arbor Michigan location.
A File Maintenance Representative is responsible for verifying new accounts for all checking, savings, certificate of deposits and safe deposit boxes; and also verifies the changes on all existing accounts.
Ideal Candidates will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have previous bank experience in two or more areas of teller, new accounts, loan, or management.
- Passion for providing a stellar client service experience to all clients (external and internal) and ability to instill this passion in others.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (tactfulness, cooperation, courteousness and client friendliness) are necessary to represent the bank in a positive manner.
- Excellent written communication skills with demonstrated ability to write communications clearly, concisely and effectively, with attention to detail for visually appealing output and accurately proofreading publications.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the demonstrated ability to effectively present information to customers and management.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with effectiveness in developing tasks and managing resources to achieve targets/goals.
- Positive and cooperative approach when working with others.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
- Ability to efficiently and accurately keyboard information, both computer and calculator.
- Strong computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to multi-task while paying attention to details.
Physical Requirements:
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Keyboard information (computer and calculator).
