Job Duties:
- Lead small and mid-sized projects and assist with larger efforts with little supervision while managing scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, and documentation.
- Find and secure new work for your team, prepare proposals and estimates, and build strong client relationships.
- Plan and oversee on-site work, guide team members during field activities and construction administration, and step in to resolve issues while ensuring safety and compliance.
- Apply engineering knowledge to develop, review, and validate site designs, calculations, and technical specifications; ensure QA/QC, code compliance, and the effective selection and use of materials, construction methods, equipment, and testing procedures.
- Supervise and develop junior staff by assigning work, reviewing deliverables, mentoring, and providing performance feedback while supporting ongoing training and growth.
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices and coordinate project controls and cross-disciplinary collaboration to deliver high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (foreign degree equivalency accepted), and 5 years of experience as Civil Engineer
