JOB SUMMARY
The Clerical Production Assistant position works on the manufacturing production floor and is responsible for accurately inputting and updating information into RAMI’s ERP system and other databases, maintaining data quality and accuracy, and ensuring confidentiality by carefully transferring data from various sources like documents or forms, while prioritizing attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain data accuracy. This role will also perform other clerical tasks for manufacturing personnel, such as making copies, printing documents, and organizing and delivering paperwork.
GENERAL EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Negative drug screen.
• Proficient computer knowledge and ability:
o Input data quickly and accurately into company ERP system and other databases
o Familiarity with data entry software and Microsoft Office applications

SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS
• Data input: Accurately enter data into designated computer systems from various sources such as production documents, handwritten forms, emails, or phone calls.
• Data verification: Review entered data for accuracy and consistency, identifying and correcting errors.
• Data cleaning: Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or duplicates.
• File management: Organize and store digital documents related to data entry.
• Confidentiality: Protect sensitive information by adhering to data privacy protocols.
• Clerical: Print production documents and deliver to the correct locations, handwrite identification tags, make copies, and ensure paperwork is kept organized.
PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
This position operates in a manufacturing production environment.
