Responsibilities/Tasks
- Assesses marketing opportunities and target markets
- Together with team develops, implements and reviews marketing plan according to marketing play book
- Tracks marketing plan goals according to revenue goals
- Tracks and evaluates lead sources through various tools
- Tracks and reports financial results/impact of all marketing initiatives
- Works together with sales team to coordinate shared goals
- Coordinates and tracks all radio, television, digital and print advertising
- Initiates and develops relationships with apartment/condo/senior communities, local realtors, mortgage agencies, and other potential customers; sets up regular visit schedule for these customers
- Develops PR calendar and seeks new PR opportunities
- Develops, distributes and tracks all media releases; documents resulting PR
- Evaluates, documents and coordinates all donation requests and community involvement; Coordinates charity, cause marketing and community involvement efforts
- Coordinates and attends networking events and trade shows
- Establishes a list of contacts by attending networking events; follow up with new contacts
- Oversees online reputation management
- Oversees pay per click marketing
- Writes and updates local webpage content
- Communicates marketing initiatives and information to staff; Trains staff on effective use of marketing materials
- Manages and tracks social media strategies and accounts including social media contests
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends, on occasion
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred. A minimum of one year of marketing, communication, or advertising experience needed.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities (SKA) Required
- General knowledge of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® system and practices
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the Marketing field including social media, online advertising, brand reputation management and traditional advertising channels
- Highly creative and motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Friendly, professional personality
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills; comfortable with public speaking and persuasive in sales situations
- Excellent organizational skills; must be able to multi-task under time constraints
- Must be proficient with the following Microsoft applications:
- Word

- Outlook
Work Environment
Work is performed in an office setting with no unusual hazards. Travel may be required.
