Rate of Pay: $160,000.00 to $205,200.00 per Year
Duties: Lead the development and implementation of new systems and enhancements, contributing to the definition of technical standards in the Revenue Management Model N solution. Design, build, test, deploy, and provide hyper-care support for implementing Revenue Management Model N solutions and their integration with SAP S/4 and related applications, including the overall architecture within a complex, multi-system environment. Lead technical design, prototyping, development, testing, and solution delivery for release cycles and new projects within the Commercial Landscape and application stack. Conduct reviews for architecture, performance, and code quality, ensuring compliance with configuration and coding standards on the platform. Review and govern business process documentation, application specifications, technical specifications, test plans, and go-live cutover plans. Collaborate with Global ERP Program teams, IT Business Partners, Build and Run teams, IT Vendors, Infrastructure teams, and Business Deployment teams to ensure alignment and integration. Build SQL queries based on gaps identified during conversion error handling process. Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance process flow, system performance, and technical efficiencies, recommending solutions that harmonize technical standards with business needs.
Position requires 40% domestic travel.
Requirements: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business or related field and six (6) years of information technology experience. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business or related field and four (4) years of information technology experience. Position also requires: experience designing, implementing and delivering solutions for revenue management processes, including chargebacks, rebates, and pricing contracts; experience developing and converting legacy ERP systems into third-party revenue management platforms, such as Model N, Revitas or SFDC/CPQ, including leading their architecture and integration into SAP systems; experience developing solutions using Oracle SQL Developer, Postman, FileZilla, and SAP S/4 applications; experience process mapping and documenting complex processes for chargebacks, pricing, contracts, and rebate management processes; experience applying IT methodologies including ITIL, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and/or Agile Development; and, experience collaborating cross-functionally with business and IT teams to support end-to-end revenue management operations.
