Vocational Rehabilitation Coach - This part-time position with Project: VISIONS (20 hours per week) will be based at the VISIONS Center to assist the Project: VISIONS Team to teach work skills, assess a client’s ability to complete job duties, recommend jobsite modifications, determine a client’s readiness to work; teach clients job seeking skills such as completing applications, strengthening interviewing skills, and preparing a resume for their employment search; visit client worksites for follow-up services; regularly contact area employers to learn about their business and establish positive relationships for potential future job placements; and work with the Project: VISIONS Team to help Tribal Members prepare for and engage in gainful employment.
