Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Public or Business Administration, Accounting or Economics; AND Have a minimum of one (1) year full-time work experience in financial, budgetary or economic analysis which includes considerable use of computer spreadsheet applications.
OR
Possess an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in Public or Business Administration, Accounting or Economics; AND Have a minimum of three (3) years full-time work experience in financial, budgetary or economic analysis which includes considerable use of computer spreadsheet applications.
