Position Summary
Bronson Rehabilitation Services at our Centre Street outpatient location is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide high-quality orthopedic and sports medicine care.

What You’ll Do
Patient Care Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient therapy for orthopedic, neurologic, and musculoskeletal conditions
• Deliver individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function and reducing pain
• Educate patients and caregivers throughout the rehabilitation process
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support patient goals
For Physical Therapists
• Perform patient evaluations and interpret referrals
• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans and goals
• Track patient progress and establish functional baselines
• Supervise PTAs, students, and support staff
• Participate in program development and clinical education initiatives
For Physical Therapist Assistants
• Provide treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement established plans of care and therapeutic interventions
• Support patient participation in individual and group therapy
• Collaborate with the care team to support treatment outcomes
Documentation & Team Support
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Communicate barriers to documentation timelines when needed
• Participate in department initiatives and quality improvement efforts
• Serve as a clinical resource within areas of expertise
Qualifications
Physical Therapist
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Michigan PT license in good standing
• BLS certification within 3 months of hire
Physical Therapist Assistant
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Current Michigan PTA license in good standing
• PTA experience preferred
• BLS certification within 3 months of hire

• Comfort with electronic health records and basic computer applications
Schedule & Location
Schedule: Full-Time | First Shift | 40 hours/week
