Duties: Provide enterprise-level project management support during ERP implementation activities for all Business Data Migration activities across all relevant phases of deployment (early engagement through Hypercare). Facilitate the coordination and reports of Business Data Migration activities. Engage with business deployment group teams. Drive plan, execution, and track all Business Data Migration deliverables and ensure alignment with ERP implementation activities includes requirements gather, scope confirmation, design lock, solution build, test completion, train delivery, technical release, deployment and hypercare. Work with PMO and Cutover Teams to maintain and communicate alignment of plans and schedules, (L1, L2, L3 and Cutover). Ensure close and continuous alignment of Data Services project plans with the ERP deployment schedule; escalating risks and resolutions where necessary. Hold Data Services to build leads and related resources accountable for delivery of their respective tasks and activities. Partner with the release team, IT governance and Program PMO to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, standards, procedures, and associated documentation including but not limited to computer systems validation, SOX and PM standards. Partner with Data Services to monitor defect and RAID creation, maintenance, documentation, and reporting. Proactively identify, actively manage and track/status all risks and issues for Business Data Migration related to ERP implementation. Provide detailed status of current state of various work packages for the entire suite of global applications and highlight key areas of concern to the Business Data Migration Lead. Provide periodic updates to stakeholders at various levels. Generate weekly program status reports. Support the management of access requests (HP ALM, ADO, Data Load SAP access, and legacy IT platforms required for conversion activities). Provide support to the Deployment Group Data Lead to identify and align Deployment Group resources to the data load schedule and activities. Coordinate with Workstream PM to identify and align Business Process Owners to the data load schedules and activities. Support the Coordination and management of the collection of validation artifacts, verify completeness, and report data load validation metrics. Maintain an awareness of the broader Stryker applications’ data needs and assist in coordination where practical, including master data distribution during mock data load and production data load cycles. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation per the Accelerate playbook and current global IT Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology. Act as liaison between IT PMO and Accelerate program to map deliverables and activities. Continuously evaluate and drive measurable improvements to processes, platforms, tools, and related technologies; provide necessary trainings to communicate changes and measure outcomes.
Position requires 15% domestic travel in the U.S.
Requirements: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in any field (will accept foreign education equivalent) and eight (8) years of experience working in enterprise program management, leading large scale data migrations within IT or Operations. Alternatively, Master’s degree in any field and six (6) years of experience working in enterprise program management, leading large scale data migrations within IT or Operations. Alternatively, no degree and ten (10) years of experience working in enterprise program management, leading large scale data migrations within IT or Operations. Position requires experience performing ERP cutover or ERP data migration project management; experience using data migration terminology and toolsets; experience leading projects using Lean, ITIL, PPM, and/or PMO, standards and processes; and experience leveraging DevOps for cutover.
